Printable Habit Tracker
Build a printable habit tracker PDF from your own habit list, with month grids, shaded weekends and A4 or Letter output.
This is a planning sheet, not a health assessment — nothing here is medical advice.
How it works
Type your habits one per line, pick a month (or a fixed 30-day challenge), and the printable grid redraws instantly as a true-to-scale vector sheet: one row per habit, one tick box per day. Weekends can be shaded so the week structure is obvious at a glance, a total column gives you room to add up the month, and optional ruled notes lines sit under the grid for reflections. Choose A4, US Letter, US Legal or A5 in portrait or landscape, set the page margin, and match the header and grid colours to the rest of your planner. Long habit lists are split across as many pages as they need, and you can preview each one.
Download a multi-page vector PDF built right in your browser with pdf-lib, export the current sheet as SVG for a vinyl cutter or a design tool, copy a plain-text version for a notes app, or hit Print. Print at 100% scale rather than “fit to page” to keep the boxes exactly the size you designed. Everything runs locally with plain JavaScript — your habits are never uploaded, there is no sign-up and no ads, and the generator keeps working offline once the page has loaded.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make a printable habit tracker?
Type your habits one per line, choose a month (or a fixed 30-day challenge), then pick paper size, orientation and margin. The grid previews instantly — one row per habit, one tick box per day — and you can download it as a PDF or SVG, or print it straight from the page.
Is the habit tracker really free, with no sign-up?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no ads, and you can generate as many sheets as you like. The whole generator runs in your browser with JavaScript, so your habit list is never uploaded and the page keeps working offline once it has loaded.
Why does my printed tracker look smaller than A4?
Print at 100% scale rather than "fit to page" or "shrink to fit". The PDF is built at the exact paper size you selected, so at 100% the boxes come out the size you designed. If your printer cuts off the edges, increase the page margin a few millimetres.
