How it works
Zalgo text — also called glitch, cursed or creepy text — is ordinary text with dozens of Unicode combining diacritical marks stacked onto each letter, so the characters spill above, through and below the line. Type your text, drag the intensity slider and choose whether marks go above, in the middle or below; the result updates instantly and stays copy-pasteable plain Unicode, so it works in Discord, Instagram bios, TikTok captions and anywhere else that accepts text. Spaces and line breaks are left untouched so words stay readable, and Re-roll gives you a fresh random arrangement of the same settings. Everything is generated by JavaScript in your browser: nothing you type is uploaded, logged or stored.
Some apps sanitise or clip tall glyphs. If your zalgo text looks flat or gets rejected, lower the intensity or switch off one of the three mark positions.
