How it works
Pick a date, a time and your own time zone, then add a time zone for every person you want in the call. The meeting time planner converts that single moment into the local time for each participant, shows the UTC offset, flags whether the date rolls over to the next or previous day, and marks whether the hour lands inside their working day. The overlap grid below runs through all 24 hours of your day so you can spot the window that works for everyone at a glance — click any column to move the meeting there.
Conversions use your browser's built-in IANA time zone database through the
Intl API, so daylight saving transitions are handled automatically for
the exact date you picked. Everything runs locally in your browser: no meeting
titles, participant names or schedules are sent anywhere, and the .ics file is
generated on your device so you can drop it straight into Google Calendar, Outlook
or Apple Calendar.

How do I find a meeting time that works across time zones?

Does the meeting time planner handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Conversions use your browser's built-in IANA time zone database, so each time zone is resolved for the exact date you picked rather than for today. If you plan a call in late March or early November, the tool automatically applies whichever offset is in force on that date — which is exactly when manual time zone maths goes wrong.
Can I add the meeting to Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes. Choose a duration, then click Download .ics to get a standard calendar invite containing the meeting title, the exact UTC start and end time, and the full per-time-zone summary in the description. Double-click the file to import it into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. The file is generated in your browser, so nothing about the meeting is uploaded anywhere.
