Icebreaker Question Generator
Draw icebreaker questions for meetings, classrooms and parties from 225 curated prompts.
How it works
Pick a question set — work meetings, remote teams, silly warm-ups, deep conversation, parties, classrooms, first dates, would-you-rather or this-or-that — say how many questions you need, and the tool draws them from a hand-written bank of 225 icebreakers using your browser's cryptographic random number generator, so the picks are genuinely random rather than a repeating rotation. Use the big card to run a round live, clicking Next after every answer, or copy and download the whole list to paste into a meeting agenda, a slide deck or a printed card set. The optional "Must contain" box narrows the bank to questions mentioning a word you type, and "No repeated questions" guarantees nobody gets the same prompt twice. Everything runs locally in your browser — no account, no server call, no ads.
Frequently asked questions
What are good icebreaker questions for a work meeting?
Keep them short, safe and answerable in one sentence — what is the best thing you have read this month, what would your job be in a parallel universe, what small win are you proud of this week. Choose the work category and the generator draws only prompts of that kind, so nobody has to overshare to take part.
How many questions can I draw at once?
Pick any count and the generator deals that many distinct questions from the 225-prompt library, so a single round never repeats itself.
Can I reuse the same set of questions?
Yes. Enter a seed and the same seed always deals the same questions, which lets you prepare a round in advance and reproduce it live.
