How it works
An LRC file is a plain-text lyrics file where every line is prefixed with a timestamp like
[01:02.50], so music players, karaoke apps and car head units can highlight the
right line as the song plays. Paste your lyrics, drop in the audio file, then tap
Stamp next line (or press S) each time a new line starts — the
current playback position is written into that line in mm:ss.xx format.
Every timestamp stays editable: type over it, clear it, or nudge the whole file with the
Shift all (ms) box if your player runs a little early or late. Optional
[ti:], [ar:] and [al:] tags are added at the top when
you fill them in. The audio never leaves your device — it is played back straight from a local
object URL, and the LRC text is built in your browser, so you can copy it or download a
ready-to-use .lrc file with no upload, account or watermark.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make an LRC file?
Paste your lyrics one line at a time, drop in the audio file, then press play and hit "Stamp next line" (or the S key) the moment each line starts singing. The current playback position is written into that line as [mm:ss.xx]. When you are done, copy the text or download it as a .lrc file next to your MP3 — most players pick it up automatically when the two files share a name.
Can I fix a timestamp without re-timing the whole song?
Yes. Every timestamp is an editable text box, so you can type over a single line in mm:ss.xx (or plain seconds like 62.5) and the LRC output updates instantly. If the whole file drifts, use the "Shift all (ms)" box to nudge every timestamp at once — enter -300 if the lyrics appear late, or 300 if they appear early — and use "Undo last stamp" when you tap a beat too soon.
Is my song uploaded anywhere?
No. The audio is played straight from a local object URL inside the page, and the LRC text is assembled by JavaScript in your browser, so nothing is sent to a server, logged or stored. There is no account, no ad wall and no watermark — the flip side is that your work only lives in this tab, so download the .lrc before you close or reload the page.
